I L-O-V-E peaches. They taste great in salads. All you need are fresh peaches and spinach. Just drizzle olive oil and sprinkle salt+pepper.

What I like about summer is the fresh fruits from the farmers market. I love making desserts with them. You will be seeing more fruit desserts on the blog soon.
