I L-O-V-E peaches. They taste great in salads. All you need are fresh peaches and spinach. Just drizzle olive oil and sprinkle salt+pepper.

Peachy Salad

4 ripe peaches sliced

and as much as you desire : 

mozzerella balls

fresh basil 

olive oil

salt & pepper 

Mix everything in a large bowl. Serve cold or room temperature.
