Blueberry Dutch Baby Pancake

I've been wanting to make this pancake for days and I finally got to this morning :) The first time I made a Dutch pancake (but it was called German Pancake) was in the 5th grade. Each student had to bring a dish along with the copy of the recipe. Our teacher took all the recipes, put them together, and made a cookbook for each of us. And one of the recipe was for a German pancake.

Okay, so french fries may be my favorite food.  I love the crispy fries from Au Cheval {West Loop, Chicago}

crispy fries : mornay sauce + garlic aioli + fried farm egg

...and I must say, the rest of the dinner was quite tasty.

general jane's fried chicken :  sesame seeds + chili + cilantro
