I must say...I enjoyed my brunch at Nana {Bridgeport, Chicago} from beginning to end! First, I must show what I had for dessert.
This is the most awesome candy bar ever! Nana participated in Chicago's Baconfest back in April with the bacon caramel candy bar {available through May 28th}.
bacon caramel chocolate bar : short bread + milk chocolate ganache + sea salt + whipped creme fraiche... & whiskey jelly cubes mmmm
crispy chickpea fries : date argodolce + garlic aioli + harria honey
pan-fried soft shell crab and poblano cheddar grits : poached duck egg + crispy matchstick potatoes + fiddlehead fern salad +shellfish hollandaise
