olmsted

bloody mary & white peach bellini

On our last day in Atlanta, Gerogia {back in Feburary} we ate at Olmstead {Midtown, Atlanta} for brunch. The meal was delicious. allison loves shrimp & grits so that was a must-have dish. I'm usually not a huge fan of shrimp & grits but this is probably the best I ever tasted. I loved the sweet corn in the grits.

{caramelized shallot, chervil creme graiche, caviar}

{poached eggs, toasted english muffin, french blue crab & wild georgia shrimp cakes, sauteed pinached, creole sauce sharon}

{wild georgia shrimp, sweet corn & white cheddar grits, tasso & scaollion gravy, shellfish reduction}
